Refund policy

We want every Vera delivery to arrive in perfect condition. 

 

Because our beverages are consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns for opened items or products that were simply not to your taste. 

However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right. 

 

If your order arrives damaged 

Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include: 

  • Your order number 

  • A photo of the damaged product 

  • photo of the shipping box 

Once we review the issue, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. 

Items we cannot accept for return 

  • Opened or consumed products 

  • Flavor preferences or taste-related concerns 

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
